본 약관은 Matevio(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무를 규정합니다. 서비스에 회원가입하거나 서비스를 이용하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일과 내용을 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
서비스는 다음을 포함하며, 세부 내용은 운영상 추가·변경될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
현재 서비스의 기본 기능은 무료로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 향후 일부 기능을 유료로 제공할 수 있으며, 이 경우 요금·결제수단·이용조건을 사전에 명확히 고지합니다.
유료 서비스 이용 시, 이용자는 관련 법령에 따라 청약철회 및 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 이미 제공이 완료된 디지털 콘텐츠 등 법령상 청약철회가 제한되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다. 구체적 환불 기준은 유료 서비스 도입 시 별도로 고지합니다.
운영자는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나, 시스템 점검·장애·불가항력 등의 사유로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 무료 서비스의 변경·중단으로 인한 손해에 대해 운영자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 설정에서 계정을 삭제(탈퇴)할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자가 본 약관·법령을 위반하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 경우 사전 통지 후(긴급 시 사후 통지) 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지·해지할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정하는 절차와 관할 법원에 따릅니다.

These Terms govern your use of Matevio (“the Service”). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Registration requires a username and password and your agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your account and password; do not share, transfer, or impersonate others. Users under 14 need a legal guardian's consent.
The Service includes AI games, online rated play (with clock and chat), tactics/daily puzzles and review, lessons, AI game review, leaderboards, friends, and progress features. Details may change.
Do not manipulate ratings/records, abuse the servers (bots, abnormal requests), harass or abuse others in chat/online play, access or damage others' accounts, or otherwise break the law or disrupt the Service.
Core features are currently free. Any future paid features, their prices and terms will be disclosed in advance; payments will be handled by a trusted payment processor (we do not store your card details), and refunds/withdrawal will follow applicable consumer-protection law.
The Service uses Stockfish (GNU GPL v3) and python-chess (GNU GPL v3); puzzles come from the Lichess puzzle database (CC0). Rights in the Service's brand and content belong to the operator or rightful owners.
The Service may change or be interrupted. It is provided “as-is” without warranties; AI analysis/ratings are for reference only. The operator is not directly responsible for disputes or conduct between users, and limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
