♞개인정보 처리방침

Matevio(이하 “서비스”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집·이용·보관하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

가. 계정 정보(회원가입·로그인 시)

• 아이디 — 이용자가 직접 정한 식별자
• 비밀번호 — 평문으로 저장하지 않습니다. 솔트를 적용한 PBKDF2-SHA256 해시값으로만 보관하며, 원문을 복원할 수 없습니다.
• 세션 토큰 — 로그인 상태 유지를 위한 임의의 문자열
• 이메일 (선택) — 회원가입 시 선택적으로 입력할 수 있으며, 오직 비밀번호 재설정 코드 발송 용도로만 사용됩니다. 광고·마케팅에 쓰지 않습니다.

나. 진행 데이터

• 레이팅, 대국 기록(상대·결과·기보), 푼 퍼즐, 최고 레벨
• 연속 접속·복습·마일스톤 기록, 업적, 경험치(XP), 일일 목표 등 학습 진행 정보
• 언어·표시 설정

다. 기기 내 저장(localStorage)

위 진행 데이터와 로그인 토큰, 설정은 서비스 제공을 위해 이용자 기기의 브라우저 저장소에도 보관됩니다. 광고·추적 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.

라. 자동 수집 정보

웹 접속 시 IP 주소·브라우저 종류 등 표준 접속 기록이 호스팅 제공자에 의해 일시적으로 남을 수 있습니다.

※ 실명, 전화번호, 정확한 위치, 결제정보, 광고 식별자는 수집하지 않습니다. (현재 광고·소셜 로그인·분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 향후 도입 시 본 방침을 갱신합니다.)

2. 이용 목적

• 계정 생성·인증 및 로그인 유지
• 레이팅·전적·퍼즐 등 진행상황 저장 및 기기 간 동기화
• 리더보드(순위) 표시
• 서비스 운영·오류 대응

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 인프라를 이용합니다.

• Render — 서버 호스팅
• Neon — 계정·진행 데이터 저장용 데이터베이스(사용 시)
• Brevo · Resend · SMTP(Gmail 등) — 비밀번호 재설정 코드 이메일 발송(이메일을 입력한 경우에 한함)
• AI 코칭 제공사(선택 기능) — AI 복기 코칭을 사용하는 경우, 해당 대국의 기보(수순)가 코칭 문장 생성을 위해 AI 사업자에게 전송될 수 있습니다. 아이디·이메일 등 계정 식별정보는 전송하지 않습니다.

체스 엔진(Stockfish)과 python-chess는 서버 내부에서 수 계산에만 쓰이며 개인정보를 수집·전송하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 및 파기

계정 정보는 회원 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시까지 보관하며, 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 기기 내 저장 데이터는 브라우저 설정에서 직접 삭제하거나 로그아웃으로 지울 수 있습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리 · 계정/데이터 삭제

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 및 서버 저장 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 아이디와 함께 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.

6. 안전성 확보

비밀번호는 해시로만 저장하고, 서비스는 HTTPS(암호화 통신)로 제공됩니다.

7. 만 14세 미만 아동

서비스는 일반 이용자를 대상으로 하며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 법정대리인의 동의 없이 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

8. 방침 변경

법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 본 방침이 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

♞Privacy Policy

Matevio (“the Service”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, use, and store.

1. Information we collect

• Account — the username you choose; your password is never stored in plaintext — only a salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hash is kept, which cannot be reversed; and a random session token to keep you signed in; and an optional email you may provide at sign-up, used only to send password-reset codes (never for ads or marketing).
• Progress — rating, game history (opponent, result, moves), solved puzzles, best level, language and settings.
• On-device storage (localStorage) — the above progress, your login token, and settings are also kept in your browser to run the app. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Automatic — standard web logs (e.g. IP, browser type) may be briefly recorded by our host.

We do not collect your real name, phone number, precise location, payment details, or advertising identifiers. We currently use no ads, social login, or analytics; if that changes, this policy will be updated.

2. How we use it

To create and authenticate accounts, save and sync your progress across devices, show the leaderboard, and operate the service.

3. Sharing & processors

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. We use Render (hosting) and Neon (database, when enabled) to run the service. The Stockfish engine and python-chess are used only to compute moves and do not collect personal data.

4. Retention & deletion

Account data is kept until you delete your account or request removal, then deleted without undue delay. On-device data can be cleared by logging out or clearing your browser storage.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. To delete your account and server-stored data, email us your username at the address below.

6. Security & children

Passwords are stored only as hashes and the service uses HTTPS. The Service is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children under 14; such data is deleted if discovered.
